Episode Summary

Episode 7 is an interview with Elizabeth Scala MSN, MBA, RN, author of Nursing From Within. Reading her book at the beginning of a new year was refreshing and an easy read. Scala's writing embraces being authentic and passionate about life. To accomplish this, she shares strategies to nurture yourself within, inclusive of physical, mental, emotional and spritual well-being. Reading this book rejuvenated my inner perspective not only on nursing others, but on nursing myself towards inner peace. In addition, I gained a newfound vision not only on my career, but on life. I was fortunate to be able to interview Elizabeth Scala. She is a dynaic keynote speaker with an easy down-to-earth writing style. Her nergy and zeal for empowering nurses is palpable through the sound waves. I an't wait for you to tune in!
