Our featured guest for ths episode is Amy Taylor BSN, RN, NP Student of Columbia University in New York, Reporting From New Orleans at The American Association of Nurse Practitioners Annual National Conference.
Amy Taylor shares:
- Her first experience as an AANP National Conference Attendee
- Health policy efforts of the AANP during her term as an AANP Health Policy Fellow in Washington, DC
- What prompted her to write her first book
- As a single mother of 4 children, encourages all nurses aspiring to pursue their education as a nurse practitioner to "just go for it!"
